Build your new home on a sure foundation with the Grip-Tite® Helix Pier System.
Thousands of homes have been built on unstable ground, resulting in foundation failure. This problem can now be prevented by installing the Grip-Tite® Helix Pier System prior to construction. This system insures the foundation is being built on solid ground.
Hydraulic differential pressure is measured during pier installation to determine the correct pier for your home site. Once the Helix Piers are in place, the New Construction Bracket is attached. Upon completion of the foundation, the weight of the home is distributed across the Helix Piers, causing your home to rest securely on deep stable soil.
