| House Settling? |
Is your house settling?
Sticking doors, cracked dry-wall, gaps between the chimney and the house, brick walls with stair-step cracks, sloping or un-level floors… All are typical signs of a settling foundation.
Why is your house settling?
Ground water, drainage problems, rotting organic material, loose soil structure, and inadequate load bearing capacity of the soil can all contribute to foundation failure. Often there is more than one factor contributing to a damaged foundation.

The BIG question: Will your foundation keep settling?
The answer is YES! …Unless you shore up your foundation. Your house and foundation were strongest when in the original position. Once a foundation has shifted, it no longer takes as much force to continue moving it. If your foundation didn't withstand the pressure that caused it to shift initially, it won't withstand it now that it is in a weakened state. Your home needs A Sure Foundation!
